Reservations
Reservations for Burning Man 2008 week will be taken beginning at 9:00 AM Pacific time on the day that Burning Man tickets go on sale, Wednesday, January 16, 2008. Reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis by telephone and our Internet reservation system. A waiting list will be kept once all of our units have been rented. Burning Man week is SOLD OUT. Please call or email to have your name added to the waiting list.

Pricing
All-inclusive $1800 (plus sales tax) for Burning Man week (7 nights departing Tuesday, August 26, 2008, and returning Tuesday, September 2, 2008). Additional nights will be $150 per night and must be reserved in advance. 50% of the total rental cost is due when the reservation is made. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure.

Security Deposit
$2000 refundable security deposit payable in cash or credit card is due prior to departure.

Cleaning & Other Fees
All fees are included in the all-inclusive price stated above.

Cancellations
Due to the high number of cancellations by Burning Man participants last year, there will be no refund, due to cancellation, of any rental fees paid.

Extras
All units come equipped with all of the gear mentioned here. The satellite radio and TV/DVD systems supplied with the units do not function in the absence of an external electrical hookup or a generator. No awnings, tent rooms or screen rooms will be available due to weather conditions on the playa. Porta potties are available at no extra chage while supplies last and must be reserved in advance.

A/C
Some units have air conditioning and some do not. Renters are not guaranteed a unit with air conditioning unless stated by Hardtent in writing. Generators to run the air conditioning are not available through Hardtent but may be rented separately. A minimum 2800 watt generator is required.
